Shipp Consulting has been providing quality business and systems consulting since 2000. Our consulting firm offers two very seasoned business professionals who look at the business problems first, and then look at the best options for solving them with Salesforce.com and other technology. We are able to automate processes using Salesforce in ways that many organizations do not realize is possible.
Jon Shipp
Jon holds six Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator and Administrator. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Bradley University.
Jon brings his unique experience of strong operations management and business process redesign to the table when working with customers to optimize their business using Salesforce.com. He is an independent systems and management consultant specializing in helping companies and organizations optimize their operations by improving their business processes and systems.
Jon's career has consisted of numerous domestic and international assignments including responsibilities for general management, operations management, international reorganization, business consulting, start-ups, plant construction, systems development, and business and strategic planning.
Jon has led numerous business systems projects including a custom multi-lingual sales and customer service management system, systems and architecture planning, conversions to Netsuite, Salesforce.com and other CRM implementations, and a custom MRP system.
In addition to his commercial work, Jon has worked extensively with non-profit organizations as a director, pro bono management consultant, and a systems consultant. He understands the need for outcomes-based measurements and can help organization measure and track their results.
Teri Shipp
Teri holds four Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator and Administrator. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. She is active in the Golden Seeds angel investment community and is also a licensed CPA.
Teri Shipp has successfully run multiple technology sales teams and has been using Salesforce.com since 2002. She understands how to leverage Salesforce's power to build efficient sales and marketing teams and processes in order to rapidly grow revenue. Teri has been a leader in continuously innovating sales process, marketing programs, compensation plans, territories, etc. She has extensive experience with SAAS pricing models, customer success, and recurring revenue.
In addition to leading sales teams, Teri has experience, both domestic and international, in finance. She worked as a division controller for a global paper manufacturer in France. Teri designed and implemented a technology solution to share production and sales requirements between paper mills and their sales and marketing organizations throughout Europe. Teri also has worked with international licensees, particularly in South America, helping to grow their revenues for stolen vehicle recovery technology.
Teri was the business manager in a new non-profit, helping with development, building construction, and creation of a professional team. She put in place the technology to track and collect multi-million dollars in pledges.
